A) Evoporator coils / Assemblies / modules

Evaporator coils / assembly is being used in the modern thermal plants to increase the Boiler efficiency. The hot water from the drum is collected through downcomers and saturated steam is produced in the evaporators with the help of flue gases. The saturated steam is forwarded to the superheaters.

Since, the evaporators are one of the most critical parts in the boilers, we produce the evaporator assemblies, evaporator modules, and evaporator coils etc., with undue care. Being under very high pressure and temperature, we produce the evaporator bends strictly to meet the standard requirements ensuring the flow area, maximum ovality and minimum thickness in the extrados of tube bends.

B) Bed Coils / Assemblies

Bed coil assemblies are used to elevate the steam temperature received from the super heater coils. Normally bed coil tubes are stud welded to enhance the uniform heat distribution. We fabricate the studded bed coils, bed coil assemblies along with steam inlet and outlet headers.
we manufacture bed coils using Automatic Stud Welding Machines using Drawn Arc method capable of welding studs up to max. 16 mm Dia. at a very closed pitch. We can give you better quality stud welding for bed coils with a very close tolerance of 0.5mm on pitch and 1 degree on angle of the studs.

To name a few, problem of erosion in Bed coils was eliminated by giving suitable coating (Cladding WC-210, Chromium Carbide coating) and shields and in Super heater coils, we have provided solution to the problem of twisting of coils by giving slip spacers, which allows vertical growth of coil but maintains the pitch and in other cases by suggesting suitable material grade, since we ourselves are stockiest of tubes.
